The description shall be amended to read

Farmhouse. C17 or earlier remodelled in early C18. Stone rubble mostly
rendered. Slate roof with gabled right end with coved eaves and hipped left
end. Stone axial and gable end stacks, hightened in rendered brick, Plan:
3-room and through passage plan, the lower right end with a gable end stack
remodelled as a parlour in circa early C18; the passage widened as an entrance
hall leads to an early C18 stair tower at the back. The former hall has an
axial stack backing onto the former passage and the inner left end room and
chamber above were relegated to outbuildings. The unheated rear outshuts are
additions probably also of the early C18. Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical
1:2 window front. Rendered 2-window range to right has coved eaves and Uxqg
2-light casements with small panes and doorway to right of centre with early C18
2-panel door and gabled porch. Painted rubble range to left has 2-light
horizontally sliding sash on both floors with small panes and plank door on left
with granite lintel. Projecting stone rubble stack with set-offs on right hand
end and external stone steps to loft doorway on left end. At rear main roof is
carried down as catslide over outshuts to left and right and gabled stair tower to
left of centre with smaller gabled 2-storey addition and stair tower.
Interior: Much of the interior joinery has been replaced but there are some
early C18 2-panel doors. The early C18 stairs have been replaced but the
service staircase inserted by the blocked hall fireplace remains. Access in rear
wall of hall. Redundant fireplace in former inner room under external stairs
on end wall. Early C18 roof over lower end has principals with curved feet set
on ties halved and lapped collars and staggered trenched purlins. Similar roof
over high end but with straight principals.
