Former town house in row, now shop with flat over. c1830; C20 shop
front. Flemish bond red brick; ashlar dressings; brick chimneys;
Welsh slate roof. Two-storey; single-storey over archway linking
with No 10 Parsonage Street (q.v.). Front: 3-window fenestration
to upper floor each being Tudor-arched sash with Gothick glazing
bars in opening with plain architrave. Plain pilasters at each end
of facade; moulded eaves cornice. Section to right over
carriageway has single 12-pane sash with stone voussoir lintel.
Iron beams support brickwork over opening. Scattered sash
fenestration to rear and lean-to additions.
