Former farmhouse, now house on end of row. Rear wing (No 16, q.v.)
dated 1738; early C19 alterations. Roughcast; brick chimneys;
plain tile roof. Two-storey with attic; two-storey rear wing forms
L-plan. Further part of rear wing is now No 16. Front: 3-window
sash fenestration, tripartite to ground floor with central 12-pane
sash flanked by 4-pane; 12-pane upper floor sashes, central being
round-arched. Central doorway with flat timber projecting porch
hood; glazed 6-panel door. Brick ridge-mounted chimneys. South
east side: gable end to right with small angled attic casement.
Plank door in wing with small casement to right and 12-pane sash
over; single attic roof dormer. Rear: casement fenestration and
single gabled roof dormer.
Interior not inspected.
