Farmhouse built c.1844 after the Enclosure of 1843. Red brick,
double fronted with service range to rear, hipped slate roof.
Two symmetrical stacks and rear stack. Two storeys. Three
first floor recessed hung sash windows with glazing bars in
cambered arches. Two similar windows flank half-glazed door in
double recessed round-headed brick arch with fanlight. Open
wooden trellis porch.
