Pigeoncote and attached stable blocks and outbuilding. Mid C18 and C19. Red brick. Pantile roofs. Dentil eaves. Mid C18 pigeoncote of two storeys plus attic, single bay, the front being the south/gable wall. Doorway under segmental arch with wooden stable door. In the attic are entrances for pigeons with perches under. To the left is a one and a half storey, two bay stable block extending to a one and a half storey four bay C19 stable block. Having from right to left a doorway, single glazing bar fixed light, a doorway, a single wooden slatted opening with over light, a doorway, a single fixed light and a doorway. Above right are two wooden slatted openings. All doorways have stable doors and all ground floor openings are under segmental arches. To the right is a one and a half storey, two bay C19 outbuilding with single small fixed light and, to the right a large doorway with double wooden door. Above is a single fixed light. Projecting from the stable block is a C19 shelter shed.

Interior of the pigeoncote has on the first floor brick nesting boxes and perches from floor to roof and to all four sides, there is also a brick floor. The stable below retains some chamfered beams. The c18 stable block to the left contains some original wattle panels.
