House, now 2. C17 or earlier. C18 modillioned cornice.
Subdivided unequally in C19 with new windows. Tall 2 storey
house. Timber frame plastered. Weatherboarded dado remains on
Moorlands (N part). Steep old red tiled gabled roof with C18
modillioned eaves cornice to front (E). Large internal gable
chimney to Glen View (S part), and small external gable chimney
on N. 2 storey lean-to addition on each end below eaves level.
C19 margin light sash to Moorlands, with C19 wooden casements and
plank doors under dripboards on shaped brackets. Moorlands has
wooden casement windows with small panes and small lean-to
porch, tiled.
