Cottage. Mid-late C18. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof,
2 storeys. 2 lst-floor windows. Doorways with monolithic jambs flank
sash window with raised surround. 1st floor has single sash and 2-light
flat-faced mullioned window with recessed mullion, both with oversailing
lintels. 4-pane sashes. Widely-spaced gutter brackets. Single ridge
stack.
Part of the Moravian settlement of Fulneck (q.q.v.).
