C18 farmhouse, half H-plan, 2 storeys. Painted, soft red brick. Plain tile hipped
roofs, one internal stack and side stacks to east and west wings. Three first
floor hung sash windows with glazing bars, and 2 hung sashes with glazing bars at
ground floor to the wings. Two slender columns support a plain canopy with soffit
panels to a central doorway with a moulded wooden architrave and panelled door. The
interior has a very fine C15 floor frame, possibly inserted in the south wing. The
cross-beams and joists are enriched with embattled decoration and hollow chamfers
with mitre stops.
