GV II

Public House. Circa 1900. Brick and terracotta with stone dressings; tiled roof
with decorative ridge tiles. To the road two and on the return three gables with a
polygonal turret towards the corner with terracotta tympana. Ground-floor with windows
on the corner, big segment-headed windows and subsidary doors. First floor with
pairs of sash windows with glazing bars in the upper sashes only. Interior: the bar
remains complete with floor and wall tiles, lincrustra bar and rear screen and much
of its etched and engraved glass.
