GV II

House. C17 with C19 and C20 (1950's) extensions to left and rear. Timber framed,
exposed to right end with whitewashed brick and render infilling, whitewashed
brick extension and plain tiled roofs. Originally two framed bay smoke-bay house.
Two storeys with offset end stack to right and stack to right side of gable on
right hand return front. One first floor and two ground floor windows to right,
one with pentice hood. One 2-light casement window on each floor of gable end,
one first floor and two ground floor windows to left hand gable end, one window
either side of casement doors. Door to right hand return wall of centre gable.
Catslide outshot to rear, smaller pentice extension to left. Flat roofed glazed
extension to rear right.
Interior:- frame complete and mostly exposed, with some windbracing in roof and
old floorboards on first floor.
