GV II

House. Early C19. Painted brick with wooden eaves soffit with paired
brackets to slate roof with brick stack to right. 3 storeys; single
window front, sashes, that on second floor shallower than those below
and with a small canted bay on the first floor. Panelled door to
left in recessed entrance with moulded round-arched surround with key-
and impost blocks and fanlight. Included for group value.
