13/91 Old Wheel Farmhouse e

II

Row of cottages, now farmhouse. Mid C19. Deeply coursed, squared gritstone,
stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. All openings with deep stone lintels,
windows have projecting sills. To left of each bay a C19 part-glazed door with
Gothik glazing bars; window to right of each door on both floors. All
windows have 3-light casements with plain glazing bars except ground floor bays
2 and 3 which have taller 2-light windows with Gothik glazing. 2 ashlar
stacks to ridge and an end-stack to right, all with 2 plain bands. Farmbuildings
attached to left not of special interest.
