Railway viaduct over Welland Valley. 1874-79. Red and blue brickwork. 82
semi-circular arches with rectangular piers. Inner faces of piers have recessed
panels. Low parapet wall with ashlar coping is modulated every third and ninth
bay. Partially refaced in blue brick. Noted as one of the longest railway
viaducts in Britain.
