C18. 2 storeys. 7 windows; 9 bays with 2 blocked openings on either side
of central window. Red brick with vertical strips of grey headers; red
brick and grey headers alternately also in western 2 bays. Brick quoins
and dressings. Cornice with modillions renewed in places. Windows in
frames. The centre portion of the house comprising 3 bays projects slightly
with a pediment over it. Doorway with Doric pilasters, pediment and semi-
circular fanlight. 6 panel moulded door. Narrow window on either side of
the door.
Nos 1 to 6 (consec) form a group. No 6 also forms part of the group in
[St Martin's Square (qv) which contains the adjacent house on the East,
No 3 St Martin's Square.
