Detached house, now second-hand dealer's shop. Late C17 to C18.
Rubblestone, stone slate roof with coped verges and ashlar stacks.
Symmetrical with two projecting wings to rear. 2-storeys and
attic, 3-windows. Central 6-fielded panelled door in bolection-
moulded case with pediment over containing finial base. Windows
either side are paired 12-pane sashes in moulded architraves, to
left is door of No 34a with moulded case and wooden pediment.
First floor has central 12-pane sash and 16-pane sashes to sides,
in wooden cases with moulded lintels. Two Cotswold-type attic
dormers have coped verges with saddlestones and casements windows.
Rear has ground floor door and 4-light Gothick sash window to first
floor, either side are projecting gabled wings; left is rubblestone
of 2-storey and attic. 1-window, 3-light ovolo mullioned windows
with drip moulds to ground and first floors. Wing to right is
brick with stone slate roof with coped verges and saddlestones
Interior has deep chamfered ceiling beams and moulded door cases.
fling to left affront has one storey, door with semi-elliptical
brick head and one sash.
