Early C19. 'L' plan, recessed to right where it links with extension to rear
of No 73. Ashlar fronts to road, brick to east. Moulded cornice and parapet.
Slate roof. 1 window gable end to road has plinth, band at ground floor lintel
level and another at 1st floor cill level; tripartite windows, with reeded
mullions on ground floor and glazing bar sashes with segmental overarch; 1st
floor window has glazing bar casement opening onto original verandah with
tented roof and cast iron balcony. Doorway on set back front - segmental
pediment with engaged Doric shafts. 1 range of windows on east return, segmental
headed on 1st floor. Links with 2 storey brick and rubble old tiled range
at rear of No 73 which has two 3 light casement windows and a round headed
stair window with marginal glazing (Imber Road front partly timber-framed).
