House in row. Early C19. Painted ashlar, Welsh slate hipped roof,
brick stacks. Regency. 3-storeys, 3-windows. Central 6-panelled
door in wrought iron porch with tent canopy, to left is 12-pane
sash in reeded segmental-arched panel, to right is rusticated bow
front with triple-light sashes. Guilloche band to first floor, two
sashes with wrought iron balconies to left and triple-light sashes
in plain bow front to right. Plat band to second floor, 9-pane
sashes to left and sashes in bow to right. Pilsters with stucco
decoration to left part. Ornamental plaster cornice and blocking
course to bow front to right. Group value with No 18 (q.v.),
together a pair of Regency houses, linked by a central bay of blind
windows.
