Detached cottage. Late C17. Square panelled timber-framing with
straight bracing on brick plinth, rear brick wall is late C18
Flemish garden wall bond, hipped thatched roof, brick stack. 3-
bay. Single storey and attic, 2-window. Glazed door in right bay
with C20 casements to left, one casement to dormer. Left return is
slightly heavier timber-framing. Rear has 3 cast iron casements
and 2 dormers to roof. Longford Castle Estate cottage, renovated
