II

Detached house. Mid C19. English bond brick, Welsh slate hipped
roof with brick stacks. Rectangular, with gable end to street, 2
storeys, 3 windows. Central 6-panelled door in moulded case with
cornice, 12-pane sashes to either side have wooden shutters and
flat arches, verandah on wrought iron supports to full length of
front. First floor has 3 sashes. Right return has two windows,
to both floors, the left ones are blind, sashes to right with
shutters to ground floor. Rear has segmental arched casements to
first floor and outshut with inserted door to ground floor.
Interior not accessible at time of survey (July 1984).
