gabled C20 tile roof; brick left end stack. One-unit plan. 2 storeys; one-window
range. Carved brackets to broken pediment over 6-panelled (4 glazed) door with
overlight. Flat gauged brick arches over 8-pane sashes. Red brick storey band.
