House, latterly 3 dwellings. Early to mid C17, altered C19 and C20. Timber
frame, roughcast. Steeply pitched machine tiled roof. Small 4 bay 3 cell
cross passage plan. 2 storeys and attic. Original entrance to left of centre
now blocked, a boarded door into parlour, 2 and 3-light casements, some with
glazing bars, boxed eaves. Axial ridge stack to right of centre between hall
and parlour. Right gable end pentice boards, attic casement. To rear a lean-
to outshut to right. C20 1 storey addition to left. Interior: hall and
parlour have stop chamfered axial binding beams, joists and fireplace
bressumers, a reused C16 roll and hollow moulded beam over hall fireplace, a
5-light diamond mullioned window opening in service bay; collars clasp
purlins.
