GV II


Cottage, now used as office and store. Early C19. Coursed rubble
with gabled Welsh 'poor man's' slate roof with right end brick
stack. Two-storey, 2-window east front. Windows are 16-pane
sashes under cambered heads. Central clambered-headed doorway
with part-glazed door. South end wall has brick section below
gable with pigeon nesting holes. Lean-to addition to right with
tall brick stack. Blank wall to rear. Included principally for
group value with The Radnor Arms (q.v.).
