Farmhouse. Late C17-early C18. Timber framed, faced on front with
colourwashed brick. Thatched roof. Two storeys, 3 bays, with rear
wing on right and flat roofed extension, C20, also to right.
Originally central entrance to hall, but entrance now to rear wing.
Three-light timber windows with leaded glazing. Half brick
relieving arches over ground floor openings. Two light windows to
first floor. Rear wing of 3 bays with large lateral stack of 4
flues and diamond pattern of vitrified brick. Lateral 2-flue stack
further to rear. Roof has gable stacks to left of front block and
roof hipped at return and to wing. Interior: Not seen. May be of
interest.
