Monument. c.1883. Pink Granite. Coffin shaped with raised cross on the
lid in high relief. Deep chamfer to the upper edges which are inscribed
EDWARD FITZGERALD BORN 31ST MARCH 1809, DIED 14TH JUNE 1883 on the southern
face and
IT IS HE THAT HATH MADE US, AND NOT WE OURSELVES to the north face.
