Farmhouse. Early C16 main range, late C16 cross wing and
staircase addition to rear. T shape plan with cross wing to
south. Timber framed and plastered; roof plaintiled except rear
of main range which is pantiled. 2 storeys with attic to cross
wing. Mid C20 large pane casement windows; gabled porch set in
the angle of the cross wing and main range, mid C20 6-panel door;
main range has internal stack and a small gable end stack to the
right hand side. The interior of the cross wing is particularly
fine with very closely-spaced timbering and several original
arched doorways with original doors. Main range also with some
good exposed timbering and some C16 oak panelling on the ground
floor.
