Former farmhouse. C15 with later alterations and additions.
Timber framed and plastered; plaintiles to front, pantiles to
rear. Single storey and attic. A former open hall house with the
service end to the left hand side. 4 window range, mid C20
casements, mid C20 door to left hand side, 4 gabled dormers with
3-light small pane windows; 2 internal stacks. Interior with
exposed timbering; the original doorway to the cross passage
survives at the front, now blocked; fine octagonal crown post
with moulded and embattled base and cap. Roof largely C20.
