10/109 Higher Sweetwell House
II
Farmhouse, now detached house. Circa 1700. Dressed limestone,
fishscale tiled roof, coped verges and brick stacks. Two-storey,
4-window. Half-glazed door to right of centre, 2-light recessed
chamfered mullioned casement to right, 3-light mullioned casements,
bull's eye and 3-light leaded casement to left. First floor has
three 3-light leaded casements and one 2-light leaded casement.
Left return has 2-light casement to ground floor, 3-light latticed
leaded casement to first floor. Rear has mullioned casements,
attached 1970s two-storey addition. Interior said to have
chamfered beams and open fireplaces.
