Detached house. Early C19. Dressed limestone, hipped tiled roof,
stone stacks. L-plan. Two-storey, 3-window. Half-glazed door in
trellised porch to left of centre, two pairs of 8-pane sashes to
right. First floor has two 16-pane and one 12-pane sash. Left
return has two 12-pane sashes to ground floor in segmental-headed
recessed panels, two 16-pane sashes to first floor. Right return
has sashes. Interior not accessible at time of survey (October
1986). Formerly known as Gunville House.
