Early C18 house, now converted to a restaurant. On the corner with Cunliffe Road
to the west. 2 storeys. Squared, coursed stone with stone slab roof. Kneelers.
3 windows;central one with moulded architraves, the left-hand one 2-light, the
right hand one 3-light, both with mullions. The ground floor windows have been
converted to small rectangular bay windows with leaded lights. The central doorway
with moulded architrave and steep pediment, has had a similar window inserted,
At right angles to the main block of similar build but with separate roof is a
modern extension, projecting on the left of the main block and having on its inner
corner the chamfered quoining which has been removed from the left-hand end of
the original block and which matches that of the right-hand end.
The interior has an original open fireplace with moulded jambs and arch stones.
