C18. Long single storey and loft building of brick - English bond with
blue occasional diaper work. Stepped plinth and eaves courses. Half hipped
old tile roof. End pilasters and 2 more flanking end 3 bays. Segmental
headed openings to south-west - 1 window, 2 doors, 5 windows, 1 door and
1 plus 1 windows from right to left. Lean-to to part of rear. At gable
end, the eaves treatment is returned below half hip, corner piers with moulded
cornice. Pitched brick yard in angle with garden wall.
The interior is of 2+7+2+2 bays and has queen post trusses with stop chamfered
tie-beams.
Said to have been a weavers' (or carpet manufacturers') shop.
