Including part of No 1 Minster Street (qv).
Mid-late C18 front to older building. 2 storeys, colour-washed stucco on
projecting stone plinth. Wooden eaves cornice, old tile roof with ridge
chimney right of centre. An irregular front of 5 bays (1 blank on each floor,
recess on ground floor), glazing bar sash windows in flush moulded frames
on 1st floor, late glazed sashes on ground floor. 6-panelled door in 2nd
bay from left with panelled architrave surround, corner blocks and pediment
hood on cut brackets. The south-east bay appears to belong to No 1 Minster
Street (qv), return has band over ground floor and brick block cornice continued
from No 1.
Interior: panelled dado in front ground floor room to left.
