Small house and converted outbuildings. Dated 'SHS 1751'.
Roughcast stone, graduated slate and composition tile roofs. 2
storeys, 2:2 windows to 1st floor. House on right has central
doorway with boarded door in stone architrave under cornice on
consoles. Projecting sills to 4-pane sashes under segmental
arches. Shaped date plaque over door. Shaped kneelers but
gable copings removed; brick end stack on left, roughcast end
stack on right. Outbuilding, angled back on left, has large
square-headed opening with door, two 4-pane casements to 1st
floor and brick end stack on left.
