House, now 2 shops and store rooms. Early C18 with
alterations. Painted render with Welsh slate roof and rubble
chimney. 3 low storeys; 2-window range. C20 iron grille to low
central passage opening; small plain shop fronts either side,
each with door at left, the left with slender mullions and
plain fascia, the right similar mullions and sloping fascia
possibly obscuring C19 detail. Cross-casement windows, of 3
lights to No.37 and to first floor of No.35, of 2 lights to
second floor of No.35. Roof has tall right end chimney.
INTERIOR: rear wing to No.37 has beam with run-off chamfer.
