House, now shop and offices. Late C19. Thin courses of rock
faced stone with ashlar quoins and dressings; roof of Welsh
slate with stone gable copings and stone chimneys. 3 storeys;
2-window range. Corniced stone surround to passage entrance at
left; shop has C20 front. Large first-floor canted bay window
with sashes and cornice. 2 plain sashes on second floor with
flat stone lintels and sills and alternate block jambs. Eaves
gutter cornice. Roof has stone gable copings on short curved
kneelers, and corniced end chimneys. INTERIOR: not inspected.
