House. Probably earlier C19; altered. Coursed sandstone
rubble, slate roof. Double-depth double-fronted plan plus
large lean-to back extension overlapping right-hand end. Two
storeys and 2 windows, symmetrical; central doorway with wedge
lintel and recessed 6-panel door with glazed top panels;
16-pane unhorned sashed windows on both floors. Gable
chimneys. Overlapping end of back extension has doorway to
front and one window on each floor of side wall. Forms group
with Nos 29-41 opposite (qv), and with Nos 8 & 10 Tithebarn
Street to south-west (qv).
