3 cottages. Late C18 or early C19. Plaster on brick; tile roof
with brick stacks. 2 storeys; 7-window range; small
single-storey wing to right end. Guilloche-moulded brick band
over ground floor and brick cornice. Windows are small, with
small-paned casements, but those to No.49 (left end) are C20;
3rd window to ground floor has smaller 2-light wooden fixed
window to right; 4th window to ground floor has small-paned
iron glazing; 5th window to ground floor has segmental head;
wing has C20 casement. Entrances have canopies on anthemion
brackets; Nos 45 and 47 have plank doors; No 49 has C20 door;
entrance to No 43 in wing has C20 half-glazed door. Plaque to
centre has fishscale-pattern tile frame and lettering: IVY
TERRACE in pebbles. End stacks and 3 cross-axial stacks
rebuilt on old bases. Rear similar.
