GV II*

Canal. 1758-9, altered c1865. Brick, limestone ashlar and
rubble. A long rectangular stone-lined pool with curved steps
down at the N end, and a C19 fountain of tritons supporting a
shell. Forms an integral part of an exceptionally
well-preserved C18 garden layout.
