House, now flats. Late C18. Rendered Pennant rubble with
limestone dressings, lateral stacks, roof not visible.
Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys, 4 in the
left-hand bay; 4-window range. Principal front faces away from
the road: coped parapet all round, a left-hand full-height
canted bay with c1920 steel casements, and a deep, central
full-height bow with three 9/9-pane sashes with bands at each
floor and a C20 door. Mid C19 conservatory in the left return,
with a first-floor pointed stair light with interlacing head
and stained glass, and sashes with margin bars. Road-side
elevation plain with varied fenestration, including a keyed
oculus. INTERIOR: rear hall with flagged floor and a fine,
curved dogleg stair with plastered soffit, stick balusters and
a wreathed rail, and panelled window reveals and shutters.
