House. c1850. Soft red Flemish-bond brick facade with Ham Hill
stone plinth, limestone rubble to the rest, stepped stone
coping to the slate roof, with 2 brick ridge stacks. 2
storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. All the openings have
gauged brick arches. The first-floor has 6/6-pane sashes with
stone cills under flat arches; the 4-panel door has a
semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars set back in a round
arch, and is flanked by 4/4-pane tripartite sashes under flat
arches. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: a Ham
Hill stone plinth attached to the right, encloses the
forecourt and supports railings with trefoil heads and
trellissed supports; a matching gate hangs on C20 brick piers.
