Shown as Melton Farm on new O.S. map. Farmhouse. Late C19. Red brick in Flemish bond, C20 cement-tile roof. 2 storeys, 5-bays with wing to rear right. Ashlar plinth. Round-arched, part-glazed, door to centre has plain fanlight; corniced doorcase, concealed by ivy. Tall sashes with glazing bars having projecting sills and plain lintels. Similar sashes to 1st floor linked by sill band, the round-arched central window having sill blocks and architrave. Hipped roof with grouped stacks to each end of ridge having square plinths and cornice. Left return: 2 tripartite windows to ground floor. C20 single-storey addition to right return not of special interest.
