Former office block to Coppull Ring Mill (q.v.), 1906. Red and yellow brick, hipped slate roof. Square plan 3 x 3 bays with canted north east bay. Two storeys, built in angle of embankment with only upper storey at road level; in "art nouveau" style. Yellow terracotta sill band. Broad bands of yellow brick at window head level; square pilasters with yellow terracotta caps above eaves level, paired at corners with a higher matching chimney between them; original entrance in centre of east side, now altered as window, has fanlight with radiating glazing bars and semicircular head of yellow terracotta with keystone and hollowed spandrels.
