PARISH OF OCKBROOK THE SETTLEMENT

House, now flats. 1757 with early and late C19 alterations.
Built as part of the Moravian Settlement. Red brick with slate
roof and brick gable stack to south, also plain eaves band.
Main elevation has panelled door below segment head to north and
an uneven glazing bar sash, also under segment head to south.
Above, two glazing bar sashes below segment heads and above
again, a pair of adjoining sashes below the eaves. Long, side
elevation has an irregular arrangement of glazing bar sashes.
