Kitchen garden wall. Mid C19 for T G Corbett. Red brick in Flemish bond
with ashlar and pantile coping, and ashlar dressings to main entrances.
Approximately rectangular on plan. Approximately 3.5 metres high. Entrance
to south-east side, facing lake, has ashlar surround of attached columns
with square vermiculated bands, Roman Ionic capitals supporting entablature
with rusticated keystone and vermiculated pulvinated frieze, modillioned
cornice and pediment: wrought-iron gate with plain bars, geometric panel and
scrolls. Inner face has rusticated ashlar surround. North-east side has
ashlar basket-arched entrance with keyed chamfered rustication and pair of
board doors with strap-hinges. South-west side has entrance with panelled
door beneath segmental brick arch.
