House in row, with shop. Mid C19 front on earlier fabric. Flemish bond brickwork, stone rendering, possibly on timber-frame, tile roof. A small property, with cottages attached to the rear, in Fletcher's Alley.

Two storeys and basement, two-windowed. Four-pane sashes, under V-joint lintels and on stone cills. C19 symmetrical pilaster shop front, with three large panes each side of part-glazed door under shallow transom-light, to continuous fascia. The pilasters lack pedestals. Cellar access from pavement, right. Coped parapet, no stack visible. In the alley, to the right, an C18 six-panel door in moulded architrave. Rear wing in three storeys, with brick ground floor but rendered above, probably on timber-framing. The rear gable has a raised verge coped in brick.
