First World War (1914-1918), and other armed conflicts.
Dressed granite, mostly rock-faced; bronze statue. Tall
tapered chest over a stepped moulded base; stepped capstone as
base for bronze statue of foot soldier in battle dress raising
his "tin" helmet in the air.
