C19. Wall of blue lias rubble with pebble coping which extends from the main
entrance to The Old Vicarage and Burley downhill as far as the garden gate to
The Old Vicarage. Rendered gate pier with flat rounded capping at main entrance
to The Old Vicarage. Blue lias rubble garden wall to Burley along Silver Street
is much lower and has plain flat capping. Garden gate to Burley has smaller
rendered piers with flat rounded capping. This wall then turns round corner
and then extends uphill towards Rosehill.
The Little Place and the north-east boundary wall, Rosehill and the garden wall,
Burley, the 01d Vicarage, the former stable block and the garden wall to Burley
and Old Vicarage, West Hill and the garden wall, together with the Roman Catholic
Church of St Michael and St George, and the Dorset Hotel, Pound Road form a group.
