boundary wall

School lodges and boundary wall. 1836. Brick with slate roofs.
Ashlar plinths, quoins and dressings. Coped gables with
kneelers. Rainwater heads inscribed "W. 1836". 2 storeys, 2
bays. Windows are mainly mullioned casements with hood moulds.
No.80 has to east, to left, stepped coped boundary wall with
doorway. To its right, setback single bay addition. To right
again, gabled porch with bargeboards and four centred arched
opening, flanked by single casements. Above, 2 cross-eaves
dormers. South gable has 2 C20 casements and above, C19
casement. No.82, L-plan, has partly dismantled side wall stack
and casements with lozenge glazing bars. West front has wing to
right and gabled bargeboarded porch in return angle with four
centred arched opening. Flanked by single casements of different
sizes. Above, to right, a casement. North gable has, above a
casement. South side has to right, a casement. Brick boundary
wall has battered brick plinth and gabled ashlar coping. 4
canted ashlar and brick piers with plinths. Pair to right have
pyramidal caps. Late C20 wooden gates.
