Pair of lacemakers' cottages, now houses. Mid C19. Brick with
slate roof. Partly rendered. Plinth. Dentillated eaves. 2
gable stacks. 3 storeys, 3 bays, lean-to rear addition. Windows
are mainly mid C20 cross casements. Ground and first floor
openings have splayed keystoned stucco lintels. Front has
blocked central tunnel entry flanked by single doors each with an
ogee shoescraper. Beyond, single casements. Above, 3 casements.
Above again, to left, 2 glazing bar casements and to right, 2
plain Yorkshire sashes. Rendered gables have each a garret
casement. Rear elevation has single and 2 storey gabled
additions, C19 and C20, and C20 fenestration.
