House and adjoining barn. House dated 1686, C18. House,
whitewashed brick. Pantile roof. Single central C20 red brick
stack. Shallow plinth. First floor band. Lobby entry plan. 2
storeys, 6 bays. Doorway with C20 door, to the right are 2 C20
casements and to the left a single similar casement, a single
smaller C20 casement and on the far left a blocked doorway, all
under segmental arches. Over the doorway is an oval plaque
inscribed "White House". To the right are 2 C20 glazing bar
casements. The right gable apex is inscribed "1686". To the
rear is a lean-to. Attached to the left is a red brick and
pantile early C18 barn. Set on a plinth with gable end to road.
