Originally three estate cottages, now single dwelling. Circa 1860. Coursed
limestone rubble. Welsh slate roof. H-plan. Central block has three red
brick chimney stacks each with three square flues at right angles to base.
Two storeys. S. elevation: projecting gable ends have one casement with
pointed arched glazing bars to each floor. Central block has three casements
with glazing bars to first floor; ground floor has two arched doorways - the
left-hand one is blacked up and has a C20 casement window. W. elevation has
two sash windows with glazing bars to each floor. Central blocked doorway.
E. elevation has two casements of 2-lights to each floor. Central open-sided
gabled porch.
